He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gutchak and Barb Gutchak; his siblings, Cathy Nohel, David Gutchak and Diane Fyock; and his pet Belda.
He is survived by: his wife Debi Gutchak; his daughters, Tiffany Wise (Scott) and Chrystal Graham (Joshua); his stepsons, Seth Morgan (Jamie), Erik Morgan (Holly) and Adam Drabek; and his pet Phoebe.
