He is survived by : his wife Diana Hartlen; his children, Tina Wilson (Joey), Ted Kazmerski III (Sheila), Heather Durheim and Anthony Kazmerski; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Thomas, Teddy IIII, Morgan of Terra, T. J. and Nolyn; his brother Gary Kazmerski; and his nephews, Brandon and Ryan. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
