Saladin of Belding, Michigan, born in Smyrna, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 85, on April 7, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Insley and Arleen Insley (Lockwood); her husband Pete; and her siblings, Gordon Insley (Buddy) and Lorane Edwards.

She is survived by : her children, Pamela Saladin, Patricia Saladin, Catherine Stevens, Connie Saladin, Peter Saladin (Julie), Christina Heaton (Dave), Patrick Saladin and Carrie Saladin; her siblings, Cherri Insley, Jeff Insley (Audrey) and Robert Insley (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Cindy and Joshua Stevens. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home (203 Pleasant St, Belding, MI 48809). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (4351 Parnell Ave NE, Ada, MI 49301).
