He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence W. Vos and Elizabeth J. "Betty" Vos (Mulick); his brother Harold Anthony "Tony" Vos; and his former wife Susan (Gunyan). He is survived by: his wife Charlene Vos (Martin); his children, Terrence "Terry" Vos (Stacey), Christine Ewell (Tom), Lawrence "Paul" Vos (Tina) and Jennifer Benefield (Ray); and his sister Patricia "Pat" Willison (William "Bill"). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and dear friends.
