She is survived by: her sister Peggy Shepard of Belding; and her sibling's children, Chuck, Pat, Chris, Jessica, Joe, David, Cassie, Josh, Mariah, Michelle, Bradford and Tereasa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home (203 Pleasant St, Belding, MI 48809). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Penny may be directed to the Special Olympics of Michigan.
