He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Austin and Zylpha Austin (Treynor); his wife Becky; his son Dale; and his siblings, Arlene, Deloris, Colene and Ivan "Buff".
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Bergy (Tom) of Lowell, Lorie Kalnins of Greenville, Tim Austin (Lynn) of Belding, Missy Helsel (Al) of Greenville and Debbie DeCraene (Butch) of Belding; and his sister Linda Tingley (Jerry) of Greenville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home (203 Pleasant St, Belding, MI 48809). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Teaner may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
