With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert K. Barger of Belding, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert K. Barger to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert F. Barger and Charlotte Barger (Harriman); his wife Kathryn; his daughter Tammy; and his siblings, Lyle Barger, Helen Piper and Ruth Brooks.

He is survived by : his children, Deb Nichols (Bill) of Manistee, Michigan, Dave Barger (Elizabeth) of New Bern and Gordon Barger; and his grandchildren, Andy Barger (Brenda), Jason DuMond (Jenny Ladema), Dan Barger (Chantel), Heather Gunther (Matt), Kelly VanGemert (Bruce) and Jessica Brakora (Clint LeaTrea). He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shiloh Community Church (8197 Heth St, Orleans, MI 48865). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be given to Shiloh Community Church and envelopes will be available at the church.
