Ronald D. Regan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald D. Regan of Belding, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 6, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Ronald's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Ronald has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlo Floyd and Annis Marie Regan (Crawford); his brother Lee Regan; and his brother-in-law Marty Shannon. He is survived by: his daughter Ecstacy Lyn Smith (John Flanigan) of Rockford; his grandson Hunter C. Flanigan; and his siblings, Wanda Shannon of Whitehall, Michigan and George Regan (Linda) of Greenville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Verdun Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services (303 S Bridge St, Belding, MI 48809). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
The family will greet visitors beginning at 1:00 p.m. and the service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Those wishing to express their sympathy are welcomed to consider a memorial contribution in Ron's memory to the American Kidney Fund.
