Ruth L. Watson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth L. Watson (Belding, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Peetsch and Herman Peetsch; her former husband John W. Flanigan; her spouse Jerry Watson; her son Eldred; and her brother Earl Peetsch.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Flanigan, James Flanigan (Joneta) and John Flanigan (Mary Pat); and her grandchildren, Brian Pretzel (Melissa), Dawn Hall (Denny), Christa Roy (Jameson German), Mindy Seymour (Craig), Sarah Piela (Dave), Shawna Kendall (Mike), John Flanigan (Staci) and Allen Flanigan (Amber). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
