She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Potes and Alice Potes (Teesdale); her husband Marlin "Pete" Christensen; and her brothers, Benjamin and Mitch Potes.

She is survived by: her sons, Nick Christensen (Sally) and Jeff Christensen (Kim); her grandchildren, Branden, Justen, Jacob, Cassie Cody (Jimmie) and Billy; her great grandchildren, Felix, Oliver, MacKenzie, Savannah, Levi, River and Camryn; her close friend Bill Garoutte; and her siblings, Sheryl Harvey (Bob), John Potes (Debbie) and Rick Potes (Sarah). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
