He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Daniel Campbell and Jane Treynor-Sweet; and his stepgrandfather Charles DeVreugd. He is survived by: his parents, Ty Sweet and Lisa Sweet (Campbell); his siblings, Ivey Campbell, Savhana Campbell and Jordan Sweet; his grandmother Dawn DeVreugd; his aunt Julie Rodts "Aunt JuJu"; and his niece Emmi Joy. He is also survived by many other extended family and countless friends.

Memorial contributions in memory of Toby may be directed to Saint Patrick Catholic Church.
