With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean West of Bellaire, Michigan, born in Gladwin, Michigan, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Maxwell and Vera Maxwell (Kelly); and her son Michael West (Angie). She is survived by : her children, Shelly West (Richard Rice) of Milford and Brian West (Heidi) of Phoenix, Arizona; her siblings, Philip Maxwell of Beaverton and Paulette Maxwell of Albuquerque; and her grandchildren, Kristina, Mitch, Danielle, Kathleen, Amanda, Lauren and Patrick. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
