He is survived by: his sons, Cody Swy (Brooke) and Jasin Swy; his significant other Julie Menestrina; his grandchildren, Saraé, Landon and Quinn; his stepchildren, AJ and Dana; his mother Barbara Swy; his siblings, Brian Swy (Debbie) and Cindy Boze (Mark); his nephews, Eric, Adam and Troy; his niece Meghan; and his pet Luna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association because Brad's heart was his biggest and best attribute.
