He was predeceased by: his parents, Dermont E. Poley, Jr. and Barbara Lou Poley (Donaldson); and his grandparents, Beatrice, Levi Donaldson, Dermont E. and Esther Poley.
He is survived by: his sister Pam Poley (Tom Owen); and his nephew Zachary Owen (Katie Owen).
