She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Skaggs and Florence Skaggs (Cheney); her husband Danny Moon; her siblings, Coral Frisbee, Andra Harcourt, Elmer Skaggs, Robert Skaggs Jr. and Dickie Skaggs; her half-brothers, Chester Skaggs and Earl "Junior" Skaggs; and her grandfather Elmer Cheney.

She is survived by : her siblings, Lila Mott of Mancelona, Sally Ann Moore of East Jordan and Rickie Skaggs of Alden; and her stepbrother Eldon Skaggs of Burton, MI..
