He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Allen and Julie Allen. He is survived by: his wife Gwen; his daughters, Tamara Snow, Katrina Sierra, Kelly Makin, Kerry Smith (Jerry) and Nanette McClellan (Bill); and his siblings, Leslie Charles and Steve Allen (Cindy). He is also survived by five grandsons, two great-grandchildren; two nephews and two nieces.
