She is survived by: her husband Don; and her children, Kelli DeBello (Michael), Shelli Guthrie (Casey), Jennifer Lorenz (Michael), Scott Chappell (Kenneth Barner) and Gordie Chappell (Kim).
In lieu of flowers, Don suggests "buying a bag of food and donating it to local animal shelters.".
