He is survived by: his wife Shawna Taylor; his parents, Janet Taylor (McLaughlin) and Sam Taylor; and his sisters, Samantha Askew (Walt) and Tiffany Kilpatrick (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Homes (3350 Mall Hill Dr, Lakeland, FL 33810). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
