He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Sr. Wright and Lottie Wright (Jones); and his grandson Dominic. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Wright of Sumpter Township; his children, Ashley Langton (Reed) of Flat Rock, MI, Nicole Warner (Jake) of Tecumseh, MI, Tiffini Van Sickle (Devin) of Onsted, MI and Tori Bruce of Ottawa Lake, MI; and his siblings, Regina Sykes (Lawton) of Monroe, MI, Yvette Wright of Belleville, MI and Carcene Wright (Tawsha) of Belleville, MI. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the David C. Brown Funeral Home (460 E Huron River Dr, Belleville, MI 48111). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Franklin Cemetery (3922 W Monroe Rd, Tipton, MI 49287).
