She is survived by: her husband David Slovik; her children, Andrew Slovik (Lori Beason) of Belleville, MI and Annabell Evans (Nicholas) of New Boston, MI; her brother Denis Evans (Carla) of Chicago, IL; and her grandchildren, Cora, Mason, Kensley, Olivia, Cecilia, Amelia, Juliana, Athena and Bruce. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
