He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl and Josephine Barbara Crandall (Janicky); his siblings, Barbara Crandall, Robert, Frederick, Alfred and Bruce Crandall; and his niece Wendy Lynn Galloway.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Tina Galloway of South Lyon, MI, Allison Covell of Ada, MI, Debra Napier of Waterford, MI, Amanda Longo (Grant), Rosemary Walls, Steven Grant, Timothy Gullet Jr., Matthew Gullet, Michael Crandall, Robert Crandall Jr., Duane Galloway (Edie) of Winnsboro and Brian Crandall of Ada, MI; his great-niece Janet Galloway (Kelly "KC" Schultz) of Wayne, MI; his great-nephew Derrick Galloway of Brownstown, MI; Sammy Hernandez-Galloway of Belleville, MI.
