He was predeceased by: his parents, Atonocio Garza and Ruby Garza (Roque); and his brother Robert Foster. He is survived by: his daughter Maria Watson (John) of Canton, MI; his grandchildren, Marissa Witte and Jacob Watson; his sister Eanes of Tecumseh, MI; his niece Kristina Lucas; and his nephews, Matthew Lucas (Lexi) and Christopher Jordan.
