She is survived by: her spouse Orman James "Ozzie" Osborn; her child Orman Matthew Osborn (Leslie); her grandchildren, Cricket Flynn Osborn and Emmett Turner Osborn; her sister Lynette Van Oyen (Lawrence); and her nieces and nephews, Deanna Van Oyen (April) and Morgan Brown.
