She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wright and Julia Wright (Scheffler); her husband Douglas C. Metty; and her sisters, Anna May Dunkley, Betty Hughes and Joan DePlanty.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Powell (Brian); her grandchildren, Ian (Benjamin) and Bria Powell; and her pet Timber.
