With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leona Hoggarth of Belleville, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erie Allison (Coggins) and Lester Lee Atwood; her children, David Hoggarth (Linda) and Kathrine Tomcheff (Steve); her husband David Hoggarth; her daughter Katherine; her sisters, Wanda Atwood, Erie Gentry and Hannah Miller; and her siblings-in-law, John Hoggarth, Charles Hoggarth, Dave Clair, Edgar Miller, Lawrence Gentry, Mae Smith, Mary Clair and Connie Hoggarth.
She is survived by: her children, Leona Trill (Chris), Sandra Hoggarth, Paul Hoggarth (Terrie), Carol Coleman (Jerry) and Nancy Jimick (Warren); her grandchildren, Christine Carrie, Christopher Michael, Reynaldo, Renea Candy, Brian Matthew, Tinamaria Tracy, Eric Martin, Dena Lee, Sarah Jane, Lee Michael, Julie Ann, Ryan Che Duran, Allison Marie and Steven Michael; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Emilee, Chase, Reynaldo, David, Kelsey, Sabrina, Lauren, Amelia, Cheska, Madelyn, Jackson, Emma, Aliya, Grace, Olivia, Isabel, Lillian and Lukas; and her siblings-in-law, Edward Hoggarth (Fran) and Helen Wetmore (Eileen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family and friends.
