She was predeceased by: her parents, Josh Jones Sr. and Willie Lee Hearns Jones; her husband Norman Wright Sr.; her stepson Norman Wright Jr.; and her siblings, Bernice Brewer (Dorce), Wille Gene Walker (Eddie), Essie Rean Story (Frank), Eugene Jones (Christine), Paul Jones (Elsie Ferbie), Jesse Dean Jones and Josh Jones Jr. (Michelle Aikens-Jones).
She is survived by: her aunt Ruth; her friend Norman Wright; her children, Regina Sykes (Lawton Arnold Sr.), Yvette Wright, Carcene Wright (Tawsha) and Darvene Wright (Ellen); her sisters, Lillie Mae Moreland (John), Christine Jones, Glenice Jones and Johnnie Ruth Montford (John); her grandchildren, Lawton Arnold Jr., Samone Sykes, Jasmine Sykes, Katrina Gibson, Christopher E. Anderson, Ashley Langton (Reed), Nicole Warner (Jake), Tiffini VanSickle (Devin) and Tori Bruce; and her close friends, Aletha Booker and Lorine Long. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
