He is survived by: his spouse Pat Jerome; his children, Derek Jerome (Taira), Matthew Jerome (Nicole) and Brianna Jerome; his grandchildren, Logan, London, Maya, Madelin and Lily; and his sisters, Pat Hebert and Ann Smith.
