He is survived by: his children, Marion Ibach (Edward Fetters) of Ypsilanti, MI and James Canup of Colorado; his siblings, Alton Canup (Barb) of Kalamazoo, MI, Darlene Gasper (Mike) of Cadillac, MI and Midian Downing (Allen) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Mark Minthorn of Belleville, MI and Nicole L. Gradie of Belleville, MI; and his great grandchild Issac Watson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and many friends.
