He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy O'Kelley; his parents, Darlene Francis O'Kelley (Delmar Lee) and Monroe Quillen; his grandchildren, Christian Michael, Seth Michael and Sammuel Joseph Franklin; and his brothers, Darren Quillen and Larry Lee O'Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Jaime O'Kelley-Ezell (Dan), Angela Farnstrom, Jacquillin O'Kelley (David Sauers, Jr.), Stacey Wood (Ken) and Chris Waterhouse (Christy); his grandchildren, Courtney Hannoui (Moe), Daniel Ezell II, Michael Sauers, Lily Sauers, Zach Kalak, Joe Brackman, Sara Dexter, Taylor Waterhouse, Kris Waterhours, Victoria, Raven Mollette and Emilee McKellar; and his siblings, Larry "Dean" O'Kelley, David Quillen (Deb), Donna Towers (Rob Jones), Dorothy Wriggle (Tim), Deanna Money (Fred) and Gary O'kelley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family.
