He is survived by: his wife Maggie Burress; his children, Christopher Varney (Vicki Delicruz) of Wauchula, FL, Shirley Townley of Newport, MI, Latonna Scott Whitehouse of New Boston, MI, Tonja Burress of Johnson City, TN, Vanessa Honeycutt of Helenwood, TN and Melissa Kidd (Donny) of Oneida, TN; his brother Jack Burress (Retha) of Helenwood, TN; and his brother-in-law O. B. Cotton of Helenwood, TN. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
