He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Harper and Gertrude Harper (Meek); his former wife Mary Florence Harper; and his brother Kenneth Harper. He is survived by: his wife Susan Harper; his brother Douglas Harper (Susan); his children, Gregory Harper (Terrie), Deborah Sodt (Phoenix), Rick Harper and Jeffery Harper (Tamara); and his stepson Michael Purdy. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, many nephews, nieces and close friends.
