He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Haggart (Daley); his children, James Haggart (Dawn) of Ferndale, MI and Catherine Haggart (Eric) of Royal Oak, MI.; his grandchildren, Danyelle and James Haggart; his stepgranddaughter Janet Russell; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Allie Dilday.
