He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Davidson-Miller (Moreland); his daughters, Susan Summers, Janna Stanley (Rick) and Sheryl Walczak-Lori; his granddaughter Johanna Summers Sanderlin; and his great grandchild Tony Sanderlin.
