He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold K. Settles and Lillie I. Settles (DeBruyne); his siblings, Harold Settles, Jr. (Patricia), Alfreda Steinacher (Eugene) and Dolores Blankenship (Rod); and his sister-in-law Mimi Settles.
He is survived by : his wife Judy Settles (Mills); his children, Stacie Dubin (Doug) of Sand Creek, MI, Sheila Settles of Brownstown Township, MI and Scott Settles of Belleville, MI.; his grandchildren, Daniel, Devin, Delayna Dubin, Kailee and Kasey Settles; his siblings, Phillip, George (Dolores), Peter Settles (Sherrian) and Laura Bohnett (James); and his siblings-in-law, Penny Mills, Bonnie Mills-Martin, Melvin Mills (Barbara) and Frank Mills (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as cherished neighbors and several longtime close friends.
