She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest "Jack" Mahoney and Estella Mahoney (Minty). She is survived by : her husband Frederick W. Rugg; her children, David Rugg (Rhonda) of Battle Creek and Kathy Flint (Jeff Scarbrough) of Bellevue; her grandchildren, Stephanie VanHoose (Chris), Jennifer Shultz, Mitchell Rugg (Robin) and Krystal Flint; and her great grandchildren, Monea Rugg, Reece VanHoose, Nadia VanHoose, Isaac Shultz, Eli Shultz, Milania Westerman, Easton Rugg, Rylen Rugg and Scarlett Owen.
Donations in memory of Harriet can be made to the Food Pantry of Battle Creek.
