He was predeceased by: his wife Susan. He is survived by: his children, Mike, Mark, Jeff (Tricia) and Kathy (Hector); his grandchildren, Aaron (Jeanette), Shannon (Sam), Zach (Delaney) and Chase; his great grandchild Lane; and his friend Les Bullock.
