He is survived by: his son Henry J. Hoekstra II (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Samantha Hansen (David) and Bryan Hoekstra (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Ruthann, Brianna and Lucelia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
