He is survived by: his wife Mary Heth (Schmitz); his brothers, Dr. William Heth (Susie) of Upland, IN and John Heth (Barb) of Rockford, MI; his children, David Heth (Lauren), Melissa Burkholder (Adam), Kristen Elyea (Jared), Katie Lentine (Tim), Kelly Anderson (Paul) and Maggie Kutsche (Aaron); his grandchildren, Ellie and Evan Heth; his children, Jackson, Allory Burkholder, Colton, Lucy, Henry Elyea, Lauren, Colin, Claudia, Ryder Lentine, Edward, Clara Anderson, Owen, Caleb and Natalie Kutsche; and his brothers-in-law, David and Brad Schmitz. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
