Jill leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jill’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jill will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Jinx" Latimer and Velma Latimer (Drake); and her brother Jimm. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly; and her sister-in-law Janet. She is also survived by her nephew and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pederson Funeral Home (127 N Monroe St, Rockford, MI 49341). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Plainfield Township Cemetery (6100 Packer Dr NE, Belmont, MI 49306).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to MacKenzie's Animal Sanctuary, 8655 Thompson Rd., Lake Odessa, MI 48849, Cannonsville Critters, 6672 SW Greenville Rd., Greenville, MI 48838, a local pet organization of your choice, or Green Acres of Cedar Springs, 420 S. Main St., Cedar Springs, MI 49319, where they will be designated for resident activities and events.
