She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hoffert and Nell Hoffert; and her siblings, Frank Lehnen Sr., Patricia Trzybinski, Jim Hoffert and Fred Hoffert.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Horvath; her children, John Hazewinkel (Jean Laxton) and Julie Cronkright (Tom); and her grandchildren, Brady and Brooks Cronkright. She is also survived by family members and friends.
