He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mooney and Irma Mooney; his parents-in-law, Marsh and Dorothy Inwood; his daughter-in-law Mary Mooney; and his brothers, Jim, Ed and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, Mike, Pat and Denny; his grandsons, Marshal and Trevor; his great grandchild Easton; and his siblings, Maureen Goodemoot (Russ), Donna Jaquith (Tom), Terri Mooney, Marti Goggins (Jim), Dick Mooney (Sue), Betty Jonker (Thomas) and Marilyn Conley (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MKD Funeral Home (1601 Post Dr NE, Belmont, MI 49306). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Casino Club (3260 Salerno Dr NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525).
