She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Herbert Kesting and Alice Kesting; her granddaughter Jenna Bird; her sister Deborah Ristow; her parents-in-law, Walter and Dorothy Rausch (Basinger); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Rausch (Dorothy) and Doris Webb (Carl).
She is survived by: her husband George Rausch; her children, Sheryl Birsching (David) of Clare, MI, Lance Rausch (Vicki) of Stevensville, Dawn Bird (Bradley) of Duluth, MN and Todd Rausch of Waukesha, WI; her grandchildren, Christian Birsching (Dani), Craig Birsching (Brittany), Caleb Birsching, Kelsey Birsching, Seth Birsching, Cody Birsching, Ellen Dillahunty (Connor), Wyatt Bird, Sam Bird, Leah Engle (Sam) and Levi Rausch; her great grandchildren, Cooper, Cole, Cohen, Hope and Elijah; her siblings, Avis Bleick (Dennis) of Two Rivers, WI, William Kesting (Ellen) of Boltonville, WI and Michael Kesting (Louise) of Appleton, WI; and her sister-in-law Elaine Steffen. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (1965 Broadway, Benton Harbor, MI 49022). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
