He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Gustine and Lilah Gustine (Zeller); his wife Tresa Gustine; his daughter Becky Kizman; and his granddaughter Cathy Borrelli.

He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Garrison and Denise Wade (Dennis); his grandchildren, Jenni Swartz (Jason), Kari Norton (Ryan), Allen Kizman (Alicia), Christopher Garrison (Shannon), Kimberly Guthrie (Fred), Kelly Smith and Justin Wade; and his brother David Gustine. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren.
