J.) of Benton Harbor, MI, Myrtle White (James), JoAnne Bruton (Earnest) of Waukegan, IL, James Bethea, Samuel Bethea (Stacy), John Bethea, Ronnie Patrick, Anthony Patrick of Benton Harbor, MI and Eddie Lusk (Rose); and his brothers, Anthony D. Allen Sr., Ed, Tim Buchanan, Bill, Paul Nash and Marcus Oliver. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
