He is survived by: his son Brandon Forker (Lauren) of Benton Harbor; his stepchildren, Marcy Cox (Brian) of Hartford and Scott Bridwell (Qiana) of Benton Harbor; and his brothers, Chuck Forker (Kim) of Benton Harbor and David Forker (Rachel) of Benton Harbor. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
