She is survived by: her children, James Ashmead (Darcy) and Mechele Ashmead-Sutten (Troy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jenna and Thomas Ashmead; her brothers, Dennis (Judith), David (Nancy) and Daniel Williams (Barbara); and her pet Pinot. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, 30 great and 13 great-great nieces and nephews.
