Parson (Tessa) and Honearl Parson (Cathy); her siblings, Inez Brown and Samuel Criss; her daughter-in-law Maxine Miller; her grandsons, Chauncey Darden and Marcell McGee; her former husband James Parson; and her son-in-law Kenneth Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Leonard, Cheryl Parson, Mechelle Parson, Tenisha Campbell (Lindell), Cedric Parson, Anthony Parson, John Parson and Marvin Parson (Lanalle); her sister Azalea Criss; her close friend Clarence Williams; her godchildren, Charlie Patterson and Shan McKinney; her niece Sherry Williams; and her granddaughters, Felecia Lee and Ramona Surray. She is also survived by 75 grandchildren, 98 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
