He is survived by: his mother Belinda Barton (Charly); his grandmother Bernice Brown-Bell of Benton Harbor, MI; his siblings, Phillip Duncan Jr. of Columbus and Stephanie Duncan of Benton Harbor, MI; his nephew Brian Duncan; and his niece Celeste Cook. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
