He is survived by: his wife Ella May Warren; and his children, Kierston Peaches Costabile, Robert Shelby Jr., Terrance Shelby, Edward Shelby and Clifford Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, family and friends.
