He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Haynes and Florence Haynes; and his siblings, Raymond Haynes, John Schmitt and Geraldine Gibbons.
He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Frederick Haynes (Lori), Terri Burnett (Chris) and Mary Ann Floyed (Dennis); his sister Kathryn Jaworski (Stephen); his grandchildren, Katie Schudlich (Eric Schudlich), Carrie Pollard (Jason), Adam Floyed (Sadie), Joshua Turcsak, Jacob Turcsak (Molly) and Joseph Turcsak (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Kadence Schudlich, Shelby Schudlich, Peyton Pollard, Raylan Pollard, Tanner Floyed, Eli Floyed, Parker Floyed, Madilynn Turcsak, Evelyn Turcsak, Hudson Turcsak and Maverick Turcsak; and his pet Jodie. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members, friends, and coworkers.
